  • Battle of Massena's Gold: The battery sat limbered up for most of the battle as the Spanish brigade commander dithered, but was finally ordered to deploy and, standing to their guns, managed to inflict damage upon a regiment of French hussars before being overrun themselves (Anglo-Allied Defeat)
